| Since LL left, i usually stayed in the apartment over the weekend and watch tv dramas online, only occasionally go over to power plant to do groceries shopping and back. do house chores, cook my meals and end of the day. i don't even bother to get my arse down to the swimming pool despite the weather is super good that day.
but i DID!! i did it yesterday lor. so happy. i guess it is really the "determination of must go down n exercise" works this time. haha.
so i woke up in the morning, prepare my lunch, then i change into my swimming wear n head out for a swim. the weather is super hot in the afternoon, so i only stay for about 30 mins. i don't really want to get sun burnt so after swim i came up to continue to clean my house. after that, i head out to power plant again cos i wanted to remove my gelish nail and do some manicure cos i broke my nails while changing the bedsheets lo..haiz. but anyway, it cost me 700 pesos to do the soak off plus manicure + painting..
also did a little shopping cos i realize that i only brought 1 pair of jeans and it is not enough if i send mine for laundry services lor. so i bought my jeans from ZARA...1 shorts, 2 tops..hopefully it is sufficient for me la. until i go bk to Singapore which is this thur?
some pictures i took yesterday...
my fried bee hoon. almost vegetarian except for the dried shrimps. haha.
it is very simple to prepare. the ingredients are as below
bee hoon - soak to make it soft
the veges - cabbage sliced, beans sliced and carrot sliced
shallots and garlic
dried shrimps - chopped into small small pieces
first fry the shallots + garlic until golden brown, add in the dried shrimps and fry it until it is well cooked. add in the vege and stir fried it. add in some water to soften the vege and also as the soup for the bee hoon. the bee hoon needs to absorb the soup to make it taste nice. so don't add in too much water. cos you don't wan to make it bee hoon soup. so sufficient water enough will do. then add a little seasoning to taste and then add in the bee hoon. u need to make it well until the bee hoon absorb all the soup evenly. =)
some pictures taken at the pool...
some stuff i bought...i like this..we bought this when we went korea many many years bk..i saw this at royston and then i bought it. a gd drink for a hot weather day
my dinner for the night...chicken rice again lol..

| ya manz. this feeling sucks big time. i suffered from a severe stomache in the morning when i woke up. i couldn't remember what i ate that caused this. anyway, i still head out for work, took my breakfast and i tot i will be fine. but who knows? the breakfast actually make me feel nauseous the whole morning and i felt that there is a world war 3 going inside it...
then i decided to take hot chocolate n some small cakes for lunch as i thought something warm will do me good. and guess what? it was worst and then i headed straight to the toilet after that... in the toilet i was so upset, cos my family is not here, my mum is nt ard ...i almost felt like crying. after spending 1 hr in the toilet, i actually feel slightly better...
so after work, i went to the supermarket to do some groceries shopping. bought some dory fish and dried food back. prepared a simple dinner so i won't suffer from gastric pain ( add on to the stomach pain)...anyway, i only managed to finish the fish and i left the soup over night and it becomes today's breakfast..haiz. i just finished frying my bee hoon, rest awhile before heading down for a sun tan + swim. and yes, i feel much better today...
pan fried dory
i marinated it with sesame oil, oyster sauce, chinese wine and some ginger . somehow i still don't really like dory cos of the smell..but after marinating it, it taste slightly better lol
soup, i just simple pan fried the egg with dong fen, add a little seasoning to the egg . then boil it into soup. simple n filling for the night.
adding fibre to my dinner lol..i bought the papaya i love. hawaii papaya. less than 1 bucks.. cheap!. i ate half and left another half in the fridge which i think i will finish it today n get some more later in the evening lol..super sweet..yum yum
this is me, face time with mummy last night...while i cook dinner n eat dinner
oh, before i forget....
check this out! look at the different type of quaker cereals here...it says it contains real fruits n nuts inside! so yummlious..healthy ...i going to try and give feedback later lol...

| well, this is not a compliant ok? just wanted to share my experience with you here. so this is what happen. my landlord is very kind to give me 2 frying pan - 1 big n 1 small. usually i cook with the small one as the stove isn't that big to put the bigger pan anyway. the small one is non-stick but is made to look like one so i guess the coating is of some other material. i used it for cooking my chicken rice, eggs, pancake, bacon and veges...
so....this is what happen. my last used is on sun actually where i fried my bacon for breakfast and then i left it to dry. and on monday, i decided to keep the frying pan, to my horror, i saw this weird brown stuff on the pan. i don't know what it is and it look like rust to me. i thought maybe i din wash the pan clean enough. so i decided to wash it again. the more i clean the worst it get..then the black coating came off..omg...it means that the coating actually came off each time when i cook and wash. imagine i and LL had eaten some of it...*faint*
picture of the pan...u can see mini brown spots on it...
so i decided to get a new pan. and this time i bought a non-stick pan. same material made as tefal but of diff brand...i tried using the pan and it work great! confirm non stick lor...
the new one
testing it..
my friends out there, do use a gd pan, wok for cooking cos you won't want to end up like me...lucky for me..i discovered it else i also cannot imagine what will happen to me..*faint* | | |
