it was a late night that day when we headed out for dinner and had no where else to go lol. suddenly while we driving pass the junction at punggol plaza we saw this signboard ~ Ah tung cafe. although we seen this signboard many times but it doesnt “ring” the bell for us to visit them until that night lol.

they serve honking cafe style of food. the price is slightly steep compared to Wang Jiao or any hong kong cafe in the town area. the food wise is ok only but their jumbo chicken wings and their sour plum juice are damm good!

overall, it is a nice place to hang out with friends for chit chatting and dinner!

Its been a long time since I patronize Soup Restaurant and I missed their sam shui chicken. the chicken is very much like those hainanese chicken rice except u wrap the chicken in lettuce provided like popiah to eat them. *drool*. It makes me hungry and cravings for them again haha.

Bazin offers a diverse variety of food from Kebabs to Yakitori and also a cosy place for chillout with friends / collegues after office hours or even during lunch time (oops haha). With a view of the Singapore skyline and dinning by the waterfront, it also offers a great romantic place for couples too! Did I also mention that they serve very good yummy pizzas?

1 pizza is big enough to share between two. the pizza would make you want for more as the crust is super thin with very generous toppings! The price is reasonable too! I love their pizzas! it goes well with their house wine too!

I thought I better pen this down quickly before I forget again or rather maybe I also cannot remember if I blogged it somewhere before lol.

story goes like this, we wanted to go dinner last fri at Geylang after meeting our ID for our usual hokkien mee but sadly, the place was packed with cars and we couldn’t park our car. so we went around geylang and suddenly I recalled there is a Geylang Claypot rice that is very good but just cant remember where..only remember lorong 3X…so we went searching from lorong 39. we were lucky and managed to see it at lorong 33 just after we made a turn from 35 lol. heng ah..so we settled down for dinner lol.

The claypot rice takes approx. 20-25 mins to cook as they use charcoal stove to cook it. they really cook the uncooked rice in claypot until it is fully cooked lo. so u get to have the “claypot” taste. they also added salted fish and lotsa of lak cheong (Chinese sausage). it is served piping hot and you need to mix the rice with the dark soya sauce before u eat it!
they also sell other zi char dishes n boiled soup too. and we had lotus root soup that day. was so lucky cos we had the last bowl of boiled soup lol

overall the food is gd and is not expensive at all. the claypot rice is for 2 pax and the servings is huge. Total damage is 32 bucks

ok. I just set up my own business – Property. to a lot of ppl, they may have a misconcept that Property agent is a career but I deemed it otherwise ( same like my upline). The concept of property agent is also very much similar to MLM nowadays. nevertheless, it is like a company set up where u need to invest things like marketing material, advertisement, do presentation..etc. so it is like a end to end business. For each property you sell, it is almost like u clinch a deal for a company.

this time round is with LL. Wanted to bring him to eat this super value for $$ dinner! at least I find it la.but LL feels that the value for money is only applicable if you select the correct dishes for your set meal. and sadly, this time, we made 1 wrong choice. we choose the volcano egg instead of scallops. faint!

but dinner is just as gd cos we ended up with 2 full rounded stomach after work that day

today is already towards weekend and I am very very busy + tired. Busy with my business and as well as Ronnie plus some housey stuff. Mum is away for the whole week ( Beijing holidaying) so I need to do housechores on my own. I see that this is a good practice for me cos I will need to do all these stuff when I move to my own house later this yr. So now I  m busy jugging with house work, my full time job and also my part time business.

business, not so gd but I think I will work hard as this is really a new environment for me and it is a gd practice for me since I get to learn and do everything myself. hopefully everything goes fine and God bless me.

Ronnie, doing much better except for 1 seizure that happens on Tue but is a short while and he recovers almost immediate after that. no sign of neuro symptoms. so I guess the Chinese herbs is doing its miracle and I hope that the tumour can shrink more and more..

This is not the first time I went to Siam Kitchen and I personally quite like their tom yam soup is not that spicy for me.

I simply love their basket of koropok. they taste damm good when u dip it into their thai chili sauce.

I am still confused over glass noodles and pak tai..lol

Thai Fish cake. I think this is the best among all the dishes. the fish cake is very soft. Probably they added a lot of coconut milk in it but it is nice

crispy prawn roll, I don’t really like this but this dish is still ok except is very oily

Before I start my blog post on food, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the kind souls, my friends who have prayed for Ronnie’s well being. I am glad to say that he is much better after his TCM treatment and hopefully things gets better.

I cannot imagine if I really let him go the other day. cos from this look to this ( refer to the video). it is really a huge difference.

as long as he continues to improve, I m very very happy. so far, now he eats and drinks normally

Dinner @ TajiMaya ~ Vivo City

Tajimaya is located next to Sukiya Shabu shabu (@ Vivo city). it is a Japanese style BBQ and you get to bbq the meat and vege using charcoal. alittle unhealthy but the food is fantastic! I love the Jo-Karubi Wagyu beef! the pricing is a little steep cos LL din ate his full lol.

Jo-karubi Wagyu Beef! look at the evenly fine lines! the meat is very tender and marinated in japanses sauces, yummy!
Damage : 44.90 bucks

Garlic rice @ 3 bucks each. we had two so is total 6 bucks

overall the food is good and we love it except is very expensive we feel lol. cos after that we still feel hungry. total damage of the day : 91.45 bucks

Updates:doing some updates here again for those ppl who are very concern over Ronnie. Ronnie seems to show some improvements as he is now showing will to live and to hold on for me. I am glad and i do see hope too cos i m going to bring him to see Dr Oh tml. Hopefully accupunture and TCM will help.

Next back to last loh Hei of the yr24th Feb marks the last day of CNY. Yuan Xiao Jie ( 15th of Lunar New Yr). We had dinner at Canto eatery @ Simei. The restaurant is closed after that day for renovation and we are glad that we managed to dine one last time before they are closed. their food is reasonably priced and is gd too.

their yu sheng this time round, i find that it is very sour as compared to those i had earlier on. and the vege is not as finely cut but nevertheless, is still as gd

while now they are closed for renovation, i guess is also time for me to explore other places around simei for dinner! be back soon

i really condemmed this year seriously. since the begining of this yr, nothing has been smooth sailing for me especially Ronnie and currently he is in a life threatening situation that worries me the most.

The last day of Lunar Chinese NewYr, Ronnie had 1 seizure and i managedt to calm him down and i thought is the end of it. but little i know that coming with it, is a tsunami of all problems.

24/2/13 : Ronnie has 1 siezure and i managed to calm him down using bodytalk. he appear to be normal after that. he even can still rub his back with me and walk with me.

26/2/13 : Ronnie passed on some stools that is redish brown black and i send him to Namly clinic. Dispensed with some antibiotics and injected him with some medicine to control his stomach movements.

28/2/13 : Ronnie couldnt sleep until morning and kept turning in circles. Very worried and send him to ARC for checkup. Waiting bloody long hrs to see the vet and then was sent straight to another clinic to do CT Scan.  results came back and my world was all tumbling down. Ronnie was diagnosed with a lump in his right side of brain behind his eye which is growing and acting on his nerves. which explains why he is turning around and around. was then told there is no hope for Ronnie except putting him down if he stops eating , drinking. Discharged home. Ronnie in pain and then i send him to ARC, gave him some pain killers and he managed to sleep

29/2/13 : My whole world is crushed. without Ronnie, i dont know what to do. but nevertheless, i feel that i should tell the previous owner Dap. So tru facebook, i saw Ronnie’s previous dog trainer who i got him tru Dap. managed to contact her. ronnie is in pain and my heart was bleeding like crazy. and He is not eating and drinking anymore

1/3/13 : Decided to send him off to a better place but changed my mind when Doris, the dog trainer who is also a dog communicator tells me that Ronnie cant let go of me. although i told him that i m ready to let him go, i just cant. my heart bleeds and tored into pieces again and again. At night, he couldnt sleep again. Doris say can try TCM on Ronnie and gave me Dr Oh’s number. Immediately i send him a message and he replied. Hope is slightly lighted. Ronnie managed to sleep with help of Doris communicating to him.

2/3/13 : Ronnie drank water! so happy. we cooked some eggs but he din take. but took some fish porridge in the afternoon. alittle bit. Doris came to visit him and did Reiki healing on him. He managed to calm down and sleep without disturbance. at night he ate half bowl of porridge too. at night he couldnt sleep again. Doris told me he probably wants to watch TV cos he flashes a square box to her and told her to tell me that he is not a penguin and the aircon is too cold. After awhile he slept. woke up a couple of times but he din cry and whine

3/3/13 : This morning injected him with the stools inducer and he managed to poo. stools are dark but at least the toxic is purged out. booked TCM on Wed with Dr Oh and praying for a miracle.
